Telos

Telos is a personal quantified-self platform for Apple devices. It unifies habit tracking, goal progress, metric logging, and contextual notes into a single iCloud-native app.

The name is deliberate: telos (τέλος) is the Greek philosophical term for purpose or ultimate end.

Design philosophy

• Clinical utility over decoration. Data density is a feature. No onboarding illustrations, gamification, or motivational copy. The user is intelligent — honour that.
• One accent colour per view. The selected tracker owns the accent palette for the entire detail panel.
• One hero metric. Every detail view has exactly one number that dominates.
• Native or nothing. SF Symbols exclusively. System fonts exclusively. SwiftUI components before custom views.
